What happens to top up minutes? | Will I loose unused minutes next month?

Only at nominal costs per minutes, you could get extra minutes in seconds on vidyo.ai! Thus, you never run of same! Let's understand characteristics of different minutes -

Your base plan minutes will not be carried forward to the next month. Any unused minutes will expire by the end of your subscription month (i.e., the date you started any plan) and monthly minutes will be reset.

Whereas, if any minutes are top up additionally, they are rolled over to next month. Such that you can make best use of those extra added minutes in your account.
