How can I top up minutes on my account ? How can I add more minutes ?

 

If you need to add more minutes to your vidyo.ai account,

Step 1: On the right side of the Nav Bar on the homepage. Click on the Add Minutes button. (highlighted in red box)

Step 2: Pop up screen opens to enter desired minutes. 

Step 3: Check the "I authorize" box and proceed to checkout with your preferred payment method.

Please note that this is a paid feature and is not available on the free plan. You need to be on any paid plans to add more minutes on the go!

The additional minutes you purchase will carry over to the next month as well. That's all there is to it! Thank you for choosing vidyo.ai :)
