2. Disable your browser's pop-up blocker - The verification email may open in a pop-up window, so make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled.
3. Verify link validity (it only lasts for few minutes) - The verification link is only valid for a short period of time, so make sure to click on it as soon as possible.
4. Try a different email address - Your email provider may be blocking or filtering emails from Vidyo.ai.
5. Contact support - If none of the above steps work, contact the Vidyo.ai support team for further assistance.
