Let’s get rolling! Here’s how you can top-up minutes on your Vidyo.ai account in a few easy steps:

1. If you’re on any of paid plan, and find yourself out of the plan’s default processing minutes, you can just simply reach out to us via the Help section or send an email to us [e-mail]. We will raise an invoice for you, and top-up minutes to your account at 0.15$ per minute.

2. You can also merely top-up the minutes on your account yourself!
You can purchase extra minutes by clicking on the minutes balance on your home screen. Or you can simply top-up minutes to your account using the Upgrade tab on your homepage. Select your preferred plan and you’re ready to go!

3. Top-Up Minutes Validity and Rollover:

• Top-up minutes have no expiration date and will remain valid indefinitely.

• Unused top-up minutes roll over to the next month, so you can use them whenever you need.
