How to customise start-end timestamp of clips using grab bars?

Step 1: Navigate to the timeline.

Step 2: Drag the clip to the desired portion. It'll snap into place.

Step 3: Identify the point from where you want to start the clip.

Step 4: Drag the clip to the identified point. The clip will start from this point.

Follow the same steps to edit the end time of the clip.

Drag the clip as far as needed.

For more precise editing, use the zoom feature on the timeline.

If a mistake occurs, you can also use the undo and redo options.
