Subscription Cancellation:
- Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: If you choose an annual subscription you will be committed for the full year. Cancellation of the subscription will take effect at the end of the annual billing period.
Refunds:
- Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions once the payment has been processed for the current month.

Captions Subscription Plan: We do not offer refunds for Captions subscriptions once the payment has been processed for the current month or year.
Note: We encourage you to utilize the free version to fully assess the service before purchasing a subscription.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions are available within the first 72 hours of the subscription start date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within this period. You are eligible for a full refund within the refund period of 72 hours, provided that you have not used any of the minutes allotted to your account or have not efficiently used premium features. 72 hours, no refunds will be provided; however, your service will continue until the end of your paid term.
Exceptional Circumstances: *vidyo.ai reserves the right to the final decision of issuing a refund.
- Constant (more than 3 occurrences) service interruptions, feature failures that prevent you from utilizing our service as advertised, or delays of more than 72 hours in resolution by vidyo.ai. we may consider issuing refunds beyond these terms at our discretion.
- Within 72 hours, If you have utilized more than 10% of their allotted minutes, but were not able to use premium features during interruptions and failures. vidyo.ai can decide to issue a 90% refund if it is found that the issues were not resolved within 72 hours of the customer raising a complaint.
- After 72 hours, If you have utilized more than 10% of your allotted minutes, but were not able to use premium features during interruptions and failures. vidyo.ai can decide to issue a 50% refund if it is found that the issues were not resolved within 72 hours of the customer raising a complaint.
- Within 72 hours, If you have utilized more than 50% of their allotted minutes, no refunds will be issued.
