How to cancel your subscription plan?

So you have finally made a tough call to cancel your plan. This guide provides steps on how to cancel a subscription.

Step 1: Click on the profile picture and navigate to settings.

Step 2: On the left side, select bills and plans.

Step 3: Scroll down a bit. Under plan details, there's a three dots option.

Step 4: Click on the three dots. A pop-up will appear with options to change the billing cycle, pause the subscription, or cancel.

Remember, you get three options here -

You could change

A.) billing frequency from monthly to annual or vice versa

B.) or switch to more affordable plan via change plan option.

C.) or pause your subscription (later resume anytime, however no billing activity before)

Step 5: Click the cancel subscription button. A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation. Click on it again to confirm.

After this, a questionnaire will appear. This helps in understanding the reasons behind the cancellation.
