Why We Have a Data Retention Policy
Our data retention policy helps us maintain system performance and keep our service running smoothly and efficiently for all users.
Project Video Retention
For Paid Users
- Your project videos remain available for 90 days from the upload date.
- Example: If you upload a video on July 16th, it will be accessible until October 15th.
For Free Users
- Your project videos stay accessible for 7 days from the upload date.
- Example: If you upload a video on July 16th, it will be available until July 23rd.
Downloaded Clips Retention (Paid Feature)
For Paid Users
- Downloaded clips are available for 180 days from the video's upload date.
- This extended period allows you to schedule clips for up to 3 months without issues.
- Example: If you upload a video on July 16th, the downloaded clips will be available until January 12th of the following year.
For Free Users
- Downloaded clips follow the same 7-day retention policy as project videos.
- Example: If you upload a video on July 16th, any downloaded clips will be available until July 23rd.
Tip for Managing Your Data
- Check your accounts: We have reminders set within the platform itself to let you know which video projects are expiring and how many days you have left as well.
